FashionMist 2011 - March 26th 2011
We would like to introduce you to a charity event, FashionMist 2011 - An all new exhibition/showcase depicting African fashion scheduled to take place in London. The concept of this event is particularly designed to impose ethnic garments not only as an ephemeral trend but as part of the Fashion Retail consumer habits.
A percentage of proceeds will be going to Global Mamas(www.globalmamas.org) an organisation based in Ghana that deals with empowering women to be independent through arts and crafts. Help us raise funds for them!
Our line includes designers that will be showcasing for the first time in the UK, Aya Morrisson( USA), Diva Delicious( Ghana), Mina Evans(Ghana) alongside UK designers such as Anita Quansah London, N'kya Designers Ayikai Couture, Kayobi, Yaa Ataa couture bags.
Date: 26th March 2011
Venue: Hotel Russell 1-8 Russell Square, Bloomsbury, London WC18 5BE
Time: Exhibition will run from 12pm -5pm and this is free entry for all! Fashion showcase: doors will open at 6pm
All designers will have their colections available for sale during the exhibition so do not miss the opportunity to own some gorgeous pieces with a touch of Africa!
