Scaravelli Yoga is suitable for all abilities, ages and body-types, including complete beginners & those returning to exercise after injury or illness.
These classes create a sense of peacefulness and harmony between body, mind & spirit.

The course runs from 6.30pm to 7.45pm each day and the cost of £88 covers all tuition for all 11 weeks. A later class from 8.00 to 9.00pm is also available (currently full - plase ask if you would like to join the waiting list).

Please ensure you bring a yoga mat (available at Equilibrium at £2.00 discount once you are enrolled on this course) and a blanket or large towel to keep warm for the relaxation session at the end of the class.
