Vegan Wine Tasting Event - April

The Vegan Ronin is teaming up with The Humble Grape and London Vegan Meetup to bring you an evening of sophisticated wine education.

The Humble Grape is a wonderful wine bar which is also an independent wine-merchant (this means no "middle-man"). Their boutique, hand-crafted wines are biodynamic, organic, or from sustainable vineyards. They have lovingly crafted an intimate, fun evening for the vegan crowd who want to eat, drink and be merry.

Guests will be treated to a sparkling wine reception in the exclusive private wine tasting bar before indulging in a 2-hour session with a wine expert. This will include not only how to taste, but more about the wines and funny stories from the vintner.

Our hosts will make sure everyone is well fed and watered with a selection of 6 wines with tasting notes, in what is sure to be a fantastic learning experience. Pairing nicely with the wines will be plenty of delicious nibbles, sharing plates and food.

The best part about all of this is everything is 100% vegan.

Special boutique wines will be chosen for our group, along with a specially-created menu by the chef.

The menu:

Olives, Bread, Nuts

Psychedelic tomato salad

Marinated beetroot carpaccio, avocado mousse, walnut and parsley pesto

Broad bean guacamole, tomato salsa, crispy sweet potato

Vegetable Platter - Moorish spiced beetroot, roast butternut squash, skin-on baba ganoush, salsa & rocket

Chargrilled cauliflower, thinly sliced tenderstem broccoli, marinated raisins, toasted cashew nuts

Sticky date pudding, almond milk sorbet

Only 16 spots are available and it is going to be very popular!
