You won't believe your eyes when you arrive at this treasure trove find, it's a stunning loft apartment tucked away on a cobbled street in Leith and it's all ours for a lively and warm afternoon of tea, bakes and good times.

The food will be as you remember, a 10-course extavaganza, home-cooked and served to you with lashings of tea and good times!

Please note: At our tea parties we operate an 'honesty policy' meaning, when you have devoured your luscious afternoon tea - although our recommended donation is £15 - you will decide how much it was worth.
