calms the mind & body, increases alertness and body awareness, and helps
develop concentration & deep relaxation.
Tai
Chi is recommended as a rehabilitation programme for back problems by
health specialists such as physiotherapists, chiropractors and
osteopaths.
All levels and abilities welcome, though this class
is best suited for beginners (with no little or no experience of Tai
Chi) and improvers (with some experience of Tai
Chi who would like to learn the entire Short Form).
There is a separate class for Advanced students who have completed the Short Form - please enquire for details.
